How to Generate Agreements Report in the SMS

Idea
Overview
In this tutorial, we will walk you through the process of generating an Agreements Report in the Student Management System (SMS). This report allows you to view, export, and analyse key data related to student agreements—such as training plans, letters of offer, and any signed documentation linked to a student’s record.

By following this guide, you’ll learn how to access the report, apply useful filters, and export the data for operational, compliance, or reporting purposes.

Notes
Step Tutorial
1. From the sidebar menu, go to Reports, then select Agreements tab.

2. On the Agreements report page, choose from the available statuses:
  1. All
  2. Signed
  3. Awaiting Signing
After selecting a status, click the Search button to generate the report.

3. A data table displaying the generated Agreements report will appear.

3. To export the generated report to an Excel file, click the Export button.

4. You may use the inline filters to narrow down the report results.

5. Click the Action button on each record to either View or Delete the agreement.
You may also choose to Send Reminder to notify the recipient that their signature is still required.
Additionally, you can copy the External Party Link to provide to a third party if needed.

6. To sign the agreement directly from the report, click the Sign icon.

InfoNOTE: The Sign icon only appears on agreements that include signature fields and are marked as requiring a signature. If the agreement is informational only or has no signature fields, the option will not be available.

FAQs
Can I export only filtered data instead of the full report?
Yes. Any filters you apply to the data table will be reflected in the exported Excel file, allowing you to download only the refined results.
What does the External Party Link do?
The External Party Link allows you to share the agreement with a third-party—such as an employer or guardian—so they can review or sign the document if required.
